Design
Great design makes my heart skip a beat…and it also influences human behavior. I understand and appreciate the design process and have designed countless digital ads, landing pages, and emails. I’ve managed 15+ website projects, from complete revamps to intensive design refreshes. In some cases, I’ve designed and created them myself. In others, I worked with a team of designers and developers to bring a fresh website to life.

Digital advertising for InPen
When I started at Companion Medical (acquired by Medtronic in 2020), the company had just received FDA clearance for its first product, InPen. Budget and resources were limited, so I developed and implemented the company’s multi-channel digital marketing strategy which included advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. I launched hundreds of ads promoting InPen to diabetes patients and healthcare providers — this included asset design, copywriting, tracking & analytics setup, CRM and lead form integration, landing page design, A/B testing and reporting. After a year of generating successful results from paid advertising, I hired an agency and an incredible copywriter and partnered with them to continue scaling the program.
Results
Digital ads were the primary driver of awareness and lead generation, and directly contributed to revenue growth of 8x YOY.
Website projects & landing pages
Liquid Instruments needed an updated website, landing pages, and lead forms to help users understand their complex product offering and increase conversions.
I established the content hierarchy for each page, overall user flow, navigation, UX design best practices, and messaging. I also partnered with a designer and developer and worked closely with members of the sales team to develop value messaging.
